The ZOOMA Back to School Challenge is designed to help you finish the summer season on a strong note and prep you for fall running. We’ll do weekly, alphabet-inspired strength/agility workouts to help you run strong and injury free.

Back to School Challenge registration includes:

So what IS the Back to School Challenge? 

  • For 30 days, you’ll participate with the challenge group to complete a fun, daily workout based on the alphabet.
  • Workouts will focus on strength training exercises you can complete at home plus some running workouts worked in as well.
  • Plus you’ll complete a “Final Exam” 5K/10K. This exam is “open book” and can be completed over multiple days if needed.  We’ll also have weekly mind-body challenges to help with the mental aspect of fitness.
  • We’ll help keep you motivated and injury-free and have a ton of fun!

 

The ZOOMA Difference - Our private Facebook Motivation Groups

One of the best parts of the ZOOMA Challenge is that you receive access to a private Facebook motivation group focused on this challenge. This group will provide accountability through daily check-ins and you’ll have access to a dedicated Coach who provides support and answers to any questions you may have. This group also includes a community of like-minded peers who are incredibly supportive, encouraging and inspiring!
