Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within X business days.

Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refunded when returning items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. Final Sale items are marked on each product page with the words FINAL SALE in the description. 

Refunds 

Please allow 5-7 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified by email once the return/refund is processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, not including the shipping fees.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How much does The Club cost?

The club costs $29 per month for a minimum of 2 months. Unless you cancel or email us to have your subscription paused, this charge will recur every month on or around the time you signed up for the subscription.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can cancel or pause your subscription, after the first 2 months, by signing into your Club account and clicking on the "membership" button at the top of the page. Once you are in the membership section, click "subscriptions". Under actions, you should be able to select "cancel or pause"  

If you have any problems cancelling you can always email our support team for help. When you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to your member exclusive discount code, as well as your access to early releases. 

Any vouchers that you have not spent will still be active and ready for you to use. 

Does my store credit expire?

Nope! Your store credit will work the same as a gift card.

Can international customers be a part of The Club?

Yes! You can subscribe to Skirt Sports as an international customer. However, you are responsible for all shipping fees, duties/taxes, as well as any returns or exchanges. 

How do I know how much store credit I have available?

You can easily check your voucher balance and code by logging into your account, your balance is available in the account details.

What was I thinking? I cancelled my membership, but I'd like to rejoin!

That's not a problem. Just add The Club to your cart and checkout like usual.

Can I purchase The Club as a gift?

Absolutely! Just enter the receiver's email during checkout and they will receive all the details. 

Can I use a discount code when purchasing The Club?

Unfortunately, you cannot use a discount code when purchasing The Club. 

How do I access the early releases?

We'll send you an email with exclusive access to our new releases. You will then have 3 days to purchase at the discounted Club price.
